Uni Garden is a landmark residential development situated directly opposite the main campus entrance of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in Kota Samarahan. The project was launched in 2007 and comprises close to 300 units of terrace, semi-detached and detached houses. All previously launched units have been completely sold out. Limited units are still available for current phases.
