PHASE 3
PHASE 3 comprises the development of 51 units of 4-storey shophouses with a total project value of RM35 million as well as the development of a proposed 8-storey, 170-room hotel. The hotel project cost is currently estimated at RM25 million. The facility is to cater for the future need of a hotel/conference facilities within the close proximity of a major industrial growth centre for the convenience of visiting investors from other parts of Malaysia as well as overseas, government officials, professionals and executives in the industrial and commercial sectors
PHASE 2
PHASE TWO consisting of 40 units of strata-title shops and 240 units of walk-up apartments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors was fully completed in Q4 of 2002. All units under come with individual strata titles. A very attractive feature was that commercial unit buyers are guaranteed rental income of 6 per cent per annum for the first three years.

Phase 1 of Demak Laut Commercial Centre (DLCC) was officially launched by the Chief Minister of Sarawak, YAB Pehin Sri Dr. Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud at a ceremony held recently. The Chief Minister, seen here in discussion with the project developer Warna Kembara's managing director Mr. chong Kia Hoi upon arriving at the ceremony, expressed his full confidence that DLCC will fulfill its objectives in tandem with what the State Government has envisaged and consistent with the overall Demak Laut Industrial masterplan.
As investment pours into Kuching, the Government has allocated well-serviced land for various industries. Demak Laut Industrial Park in Sejingkat caters for the medium and heavy industries, and complements the existing small and medium industry capacity at Pending/Bintawa Industrial Estate.
